When this little duo of Temple Spa Eye Care goodies landed on my desk, I started putting them to the test straight away … and I haven’t been disappointed.
I have to be quite careful about the products I use around my eye area as they can be quite sensitive, but I’ve got on well with other Temple Spa products that I have tried, so I knew that I would be safe with these. Also, Mark and Liz from Temple Spa have been doing this for over 18 years, so they know what they’re doing.
I received a new eye makeup remover and an eye cream, and both have been an absolute pleasure to use.
First up we have the new Easy On The Eye makeup remover which might quickly become a new favourite with me.
It’s nice and gentle, yet still extremely effective and hasn’t irritated my eyes at all. Some removers can leave my eyes feeling sore, dry and uncomfortable but I’ve had zero problems with this. The formula is fragrance-free and it is dual purpose. As well as removing your eye makeup (even mascara and liquid liner), it also helps to leave your eyes feeling refreshed. I hate how my eyes can feel after removing my makeup, so this has been absolutely lovely to put to the test.
It contains Mediterranean botanical extracts of cornflower, eyebright, camellia tea and melissa and these are combined in aloe gel. The formula is nice and lightweight and tackles the job of removing makeup quickly and easily. There’s no gritty feeling afterwards, instead your eyes feel awake and soothed.
Easy On The Eye is available for £16.00 here.
I was also sent Temple Spa’s award-wining Windows Of The Soul, which is a really lovely eye treatment gel-cream. I am partial to a good eye cream and I’ve enjoyed using this one a lot.
The gel-cream has a beautiful velvet formula that is lightweight and nicely hydrating. It rejuvenates, moisturises, cools, lifts and reduces puffiness as well as nourishing the eye area. It’s amazing to use if you’ve been crying as within 10 minutes no-one would ever be able to tell … trust me!
It also works a treat on tired eyes by awakening and revitalising them and it tackles dark circles as well as toning and tightening. With a combination of echinacea, edelweiss, eyebright, and cucumber, your eyes will be soothed, smoothed, toned, nourished …. basically it’s bloody brilliant and you need to try it.
Windows Of The Soul is available for £30.00 here.
So if your eyes are in need of a little TLC, then Temple Spa Eye Care products are well worth checking out.
